Dig out that funky palm tree shirt because its time to kick off summer!

Here's all you need to coordinate your company's participation in Tropical Shirt Casual Friday for the American Red Cross!

It's Simple....For a $5 donation to the Red Cross, your employees can dress down in a tropical style on Friday, June 11th! 

Here’s all you need to do:

1. Turn the volume up on your favorite tropical music. (Or listen to the attached Coconut Joe's, an original tune by Tropical Soul, who will be performing in concert at the Tropical Breeze Beach party at Gusto's in Lancaster, not-coincidentally on June 11th)
2. Send us an e-mail letting us know you'd like to join in the summery fun
3. Print out and complete the top portion of the Company Participation Form.
4. Promote the event by
   1. sending out an e-mail to your co-workers
   2. hanging up flyers in the hallways, elevators and bathrooms
   3. post an announcement on your company's Intranet
5. Sign up your participants in the places provided (please use an extra sheet, if necessary)
6. Collect $5 from each participant.
7. Invite each partcipant to join us at the Tropical Breeze Beach Party after work on June 11th. They won't even need to change clothes, since they'll be wearing their tropical shirts! 
   1. Give each participant a Proof of Participation Sticker so they'll get $3 off at the door (these can be printed on Avery Label Paper #5960)
   2. Feel free to add your own summertime flavor to the event
8. Send the Company Participation Form(s) and a check for the total amount to American Red Cross; Box 4624 Lancaster PA 17604
9. Send us a picture of your group wearing their tropical shirts. We will post the best pics online!
