2010 Volunteer Satisfaction Questionnaires Due June 30
The annual Volunteer Satisfaction Questionnaire that helps give the Red Cross feedback on your experience as a volunteer is now available online. We are no longer able to mail out hard copies. Your input is vital as we work to improve our programs and services.
IMPORTANT NOTE for online survey: On Question #1, you will need to fill in our chapter code for the survey code.
Our chapter code (survey code) is 38196
On Question #24, please answer the following questions in the “local Red Cross chapter question” box at the end of the survey:
Volunteer attendance at our Heroes volunteer recognition events the last two years has been low. (The most recent event was held March 18 at the Lancaster County Convention Center.) Were you aware of the events? What would motivate you to attend a volunteer recognition event next year?
Your feedback is important. Last year, only 77 volunteers out of 1,100 completed the survey. We hope you will take the time to rate your volunteer experience. As a thank you for your time, we would like to offer you a special discount at our Red Cross online store. Details on this discount will be available at the end of the survey.
If you do not have access to a computer, you can visit one of our offices and a computer will be made available to you. Contact Yvonne Donnelly (717-257-1822, ext. 218) in Harrisburg, or Beth McCauley (717-299-5566, ext 139) in Lancaster.
Thank you for your time.
