Each month, RSVP volunteers must record their volunteer time. Volunteer stations will send this form to the RSVP office monthly. This sheet also serves as a record of meals and transportation reimbursement. Time sheets should be signed by the volunteer station supervisor and sent to the RSVP office in Lancaster on the last day of each month.

All volunteers who work during a mealtime are entitled to a break equal in length to the staff at their volunteer stations. In some volunteer stations, RSVP volunteers receive free meals as a benefit. The volunteer station supervisor will explain the free meal process to the individual volunteers during their agency orientation. Free meals should be recorded on the monthly time sheets.
